Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns

We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase but we understand if you may not be. We will gladly accept returns on any items with the original security tag attached and in the same condition it was when received. We are not accepting exchanges at this time, please see our Return Policy below.

Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all orders.

Items marked as final sales are not returnable and are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, we cannot honor a full refund on items that are not in the condition they were when received and/or the security tag has been removed. 

To start a return, you can contact us at inquiry@emmislabel.com. Please include the order number and reason you wish to return the item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
